The corporation is formed for the purpose of LIJIF - Outreach Program is a 501 (C)(3), non-profit international community-based organization established in October, 2007, whose primary purpose is to help eradicate poverty and immigrant depression while meeting the compliance to millennium goals through the national/global initiative, while assisting family separations through counseling for all at-risk populations in all territories, countries, cities, and villages of Uganda and Third World.
The goal of our nonprofit organization is to create a safe-haven for those in need through the Uganda Empowerment Center in a secure environment while putting "real life" back into perspective for those that need and want core values facilitated in their life.
All of our participants and members will become renewed and empowered through the Uganda Empowerment Center.
The goals within Uganda Empowerment Center consist of integrating the international community network which will help provide access to other support services and programs as well as our commitment to strengthening and strong foundational bonds within existing individual and family structures.

KABAKA TEBUCWEREKE AND THE TWO KING BROTHERS:

Like his Ancestor Kabaka Walugembe Kimera of 1374, he was born of a Princess Nassiwa of Bwasandeku, Kyamulibwa Masaka, to un known father and later dumped at the door steps of a lady called Naiga who was married to Ssempala at Makindye Ssabagabo ku Madirisa who raised him until he was four years old and later taken to a father to her half- sister who Nassiwa had given birth to for Livingstone Musisi Lubega of Madirisa who raised him as his son. He would later move to United States and kept and raised further by Natenza Kakembo the keeper of the Instruments of power entrusted to her by the Late Ssekabaka Walugembe Luwangula Muteesa II. Nanteza now deceased and buried at Muganzilwazza a Shrine in Kampala, prepared this young man at the time for his role in the Kingdom as it is known to the few that its his body then late King chose for his reincarnation to return home after being poisoned in London during his exile times. Upon Nanteza Kakembo’s Death and burial at Muganzilwazza, Prince Abul Alqasim Ssemuggala Mulanga Mutatembwa Lukeberwakutta Kimera was given the sacred instruments after rituals were done by the chosen elders and his leadership as a Titular Royal Prince took effect.

His Titular duties saw him go through Walusi, Busambu, Sseruggulamiryango, Bukomansimbi, Kabulasoke and many other sacred sites of the Kingdom to be consecrated. He has restored sacred installations some of which his great grandfathers including Ssekabaka Muteesa II failed to retrieve from the sacred grounds on the Island of Ssesse. He has constructed his Great Grandfather’s Shrine Kimera the foothold of the Kingdom and a reincarnation of his palace a glorious Installation at Nakawuka with mediums and spiritual guidance of what he calls his mentor the Late Ssekabaka Muteesa Luwangula Muteesa II. It is mentioned by mediums that it was from the orders of the spirit of the Late King popularly known as “Freddie” that Prince Kimera was sent to the United States on a cultural Exchange Visa and his return to engage inot his royal duties and instructions.

Prince Abul Alqasim Ssemuggala Mulanga Mutatembwa Lukeberwakutta Kimera married Brenda Lee Whitfield and divorced 1999 and married Tinah Christmas and divorced in the United States in 2009 and later on October 3rd 2021 would marry Rahmah Nanyanzi in an expensive wedding, a marriage that turned out to be a con from the in-laws when it was stated that the mother and daughter planned a fake marriage to get money from the prince. He had to settle cases when the young girl claimed to be underage at 17 years of age. A scandal that almost ruined a reputation of over 30 years built by the prince.

As during the 13xx - 1374 Interregnum under the Prime Ministers Walusimbi and his successor, Sebwana. Buganda Kingdom is going through a cultural and spiritual transformation to bring back the original basics of royal rulership and royal blood resulting from a separation of the “real” Original Rulers “ABAKANNABBA” of the Throne and the Non-Royals now entrenched in the leadership.

Prince Abul Alqasim Ssemuggala Mulanga Mutatembwa Lukeberwakutta Kimera’s has been questionable by many outside the real organization of elders and spiritual mediums entrusted to turn around the clock. Like his Great Great Grandfather Kabaka Kimera Walugembe, has for over 17 years gone through the normal rigorous cultural and spiritual and sacrificial enrichment to turn the clock around. Instructed through mediums by the “last” King of Buganda Kabaka Fredrick Luwangula Walugembe Muteesa II, ’ Prince Abul Alqasim Ssemuggala Mulanga Mutatembwa Lukeberwakutta Kimera’s is a Ugandan Born American whose birthdate is thought to be November 15th, 1975 according to his half-sister.

Currently he is set to finish his Medical Degree at Makerere University (Uganda) after leaving the United States to do his Titular duties in the Kingdom. He attended Houston Community college doing pre-Medicine, Enrolled at Prairie View University (Texas) as a Biology Medical Major, Attended Devry University as an (E.C.E.T) Electronic Computer Engineering Technology a Bachelor’s Degree he transferred to do Bio-Medicine to Prairie View University. He as well trained at Texas Health School as a Nurse Aide Specialist to specialize in Alzheimer’s and other Dementia care specialty as a requirement to enter medical school. He graduated with honors and led the Texas State Exam to win a position at the school he attended. During his first year at Devry University, Prince Kimera then known as Nelson Yiga was among the Awards recpients of the DEANS AWARD in his Major as a E.C.E.T (Electronic Computer Engineering Technology) for which he later turned to Bio-Medicine (mainly cancer Research) after the father who raised him died of Kaposi Sarcoma Cancer.
He declined the position and chose to practice at Autumn Grove Cottages to experience the diseases with patients as he attended Prairie View University.

Prince Abul Alqasim Ssemuggala Mulanga Mutatembwa Lukeberwakutta Kimera won a congressional Medal of Distinction from the United States Congress during President Bush Walker Bush State Dinner that saw him get invited to Washington for the function. This was due to his integral part in the development of Brookshire Texas, where he built his home and as a developer and lender constructed over 100 homes through Waldron Development and His Company Iris Homes and International Financing Inc. He chose to offer a 6% closing cost his end to help many people get start homes.
This brought revenue and a populace of people to the town that led to its growth. His work with City Parastatals and State and National entities helped so many in the so little time he had entered the real estate Development.

He would later turn to charitable causes founding (LIJIF International Foundation-2006), Lijif International American University in Uganda that dealt only in science courses and research in 2012 and was resolved in 2018 over land wrangles. His music (sold worldwide) and Science research and writing. He is the Author of his first published works “Behind those eyes, there are lots of stories to tell” sold worldwide.
In Uganda, Prince employees and runs several businesses in Real Estate Development, Security, Financing, Electronic Computer software and programming and Science Research through his Foundation that started in 2006.

He in the Monarchy has rebuilt a memorable palace Bunyabukadde Royal Palace and two Roads have been named in honor of him, and the palace at Nakawuka. The Palace is housing; This Heritage site is a reincarnation of Ssekabaka Walugembe Kimera’s Palace “Bunnyabukadde” (1217-1247) a dynasity Buganda still relates to, to today.This royal heritage site includes a man-made lake called (Bubembe), An Island (Sesse) and a mausoleum, housing resting places of Hannah Kizza Kyeyune “Omuyima” of the palace, Omuzaana Nanozi Shamsa and His Royal Highness Prince Ssemuggala Mulanga Mutatembwa Lukeberwakutta Kimera called (Lunnyo), an animal husbandry) (Nabalamba), Fruit trees and sacred trees (Nagawonye), a museum and Library including a repository of sacred Buganda Royal historical possessions (Ganyana). There are five gates the Eastern two gates that hold an entry and exit are called (Nakirayi)., The Western Gate (Gansobedde) is for Princesses and Princes from other royal kingdoms and non-ruling from the Buganda Kingdom, the Southern Gate (main gate-Sseruggulamiryango) is only used by the King and the Titular Princesses and Princes and the miniature gate (Bulongobuto) enters the sacred area of the Palace Shrines a site where four sacred Kings remains are going to be re-constructed (Muzibuazaalaempanga). The perimeter wall is called (tontabaala), quarter guard called “Walugumba”, shrine grounds called “Banoba” and a fireplace called “Simujjanemulya.”
